The biggest department of this company is the call center, which was my first department to work in. It was the only call center where I worked, but I assume that it was run like most other call centers; we usually took product orders, but also handled some customer service issues. I was able to improve my customer service skills, learn more about relating to my co-workers, improve my typing speed and learn data entry skills. I worked under several different people in management, and some were easier to work with than others. The hardest part of my job was the monotony of being a phone agent, and handling callers who didn't understand what I was trying to explain to them. The most enjoyable part of my job was the data entry work, training new employees, and overseeing a special data entry department and temporary employees.
