I have had many roles with the Michelin North America subsidiary Tire Centers, LLC. Although Michelin has vast opportunities for advancement, Tire Centers does not. Migration from Tire Centers to Michelin is a trickle as migration from Michelin to Tire Centers is a fire hose. I have felt good about our direction and have been very successful and supported in my role as a National Account Manager. My only concern is promotion opportunites and a new challenge.

Michelin is a wonderful company to work for if you are an engineer. It think it was difficult for Michelin to place a person like me with a different skill set in a job there. The people I worked with have been wonderful, supportive friends, but the managers seem a little cold and difficult to work with.
