Pros: good compensation, care about employees, top of thier industry.
Cons: tire centers has little opportunity above director level
I have had many roles with the Michelin North America subsidiary Tire Centers, LLC. Although Michelin has vast opportunities for advancement, Tire Centers does not. Migration from Tire Centers to Michelin is a trickle as migration from Michelin to Tire Centers is a fire hose. I have felt good about our direction and have been very successful and supported in my role as a National Account Manager. My only concern is promotion opportunites and a new challenge.
