A typical day at work can be good or bad depending on the behaviors of the children or teenagers. We can do anywhere from 0 to 10 man hold a day. I learn that you have to be stern but yet understanding if they come from a difficult back ground. Our management is good. My coworkers are good to work. Hardest part of the job is when you see children act out when they know right from wrong. And parents send them there because they cant control their kids. The most enjoyable is seeing change in the children or teens that want to change.
