We are in search of an individual who possesses a take charge focus, strong interpersonal and client facing skillsets. Someone who is forward thinking, able to lead, take ownership of assignments and have managerial experience in a small to medium size environment with the following qualifications:

QUALIFICATIONS

· Individual will have prior experience leading and supervising a small Team to include over-sea staffing.

· Have the skillsets to provide strategic planning for the assigned department, provide realistic deliverable dates and ability to present on a quarterly basis progress of set assignments/projects.

· Ability to prioritize tasks and handle high volume workload in a very fast pace environment with emphasis on detail and strong follow up mentality.

· Individual will require to have some background with Accounts, Payment Collections, Creativeness and tech savvy.

· Strong computer skills in the areas of MS Office Suite, Windows XP-Window 7 a HUGE plus! Prefer an individual who has the ability to diagnose and understand technical scenarios. . .specifically the skillset to comprehend what is being reported as a potential reason to avoid payment.

· Individual will require to work very closely with the Technical Support Department and directly with the Sales & Marketing Team to streamline Client Agreements, Payment Schedules, Purchase Orders and Client Outreach.

· Participate in departmental meetings to provide improvement ideas for the assigned department as well as productive recommendations to initiate rewarding returns. Share ideas with other Departmental Heads and work to integrate a beneficial work-flow amongst the various department which would be welcoming to the clients as well the company.

· Individual will need to be very flexible in terms of job function and responsibility. . be opened minded and understand the requirements of having to wear multiple hats in certain situations.

· Technical Support / Call Center environment exposure will have immediate consideration given that majority of the calls being handled by this department involves some form of technical understanding of our software and products sold by our company.

· Individual with experience or knowledge of how independent pharmacies operate or even retail stores would be highly considered.

· Flexible work-schedule is appreciated but note that weekends are not required unless specified.

· Individual will require to have their own transportation as our location is about 3-4 miles from the Long Island Railroad so the walk is not feasible, especially during the winter months.
