For salary folks you are expected to work more than 50 hour weeks. If you do not expect to be layoff at some point...

Hourly folks should be working a day of overtime every two weeks in order to stay safe from layoffs.

Opportunity elsewhere, you're just a number and upper management often times show very little appreciation/care towards the people they are supposed to be managing.

11.5 hours/month with additional 0.5/month each year until you reach 15/mo. This single pool includes vacation and sick. If you're never sick, you get 180 hours/year + 8 paid holidays (11.5 hours per). Total PTO is ~6.5 weeks. Micron has finally been forced to acknowledge that salaried people should only use PTO in min 4-hour increments. IOW, leave 1 hour early for appt, can't require you to use PTO.

Phone call of job off and then drug test and date to start.

They need to turn over more temps to full time employees if they wish to have good positive candidates for work each day. Some have families and need the benefits.
