This was a great company to work for with great benefits. After working there a few years you start to notice odd things. For example: after being promoted to a new position, with the same supervisor, it dawned on me one day that I was performing tasks she should have been doing like QC on my fellow co-workers, myself not included. Meanwhile my supervisor was doing our Managers job. Our Manager was on break. Also being in the insurance biz...laws and regulations change pretty frequent but it appeared that the old timers and there were alot of them, didn't want to learn something new and were basically counting down to thier retirement. This left everyone else holding the bag, trying to get clarification on something before a particular deadline seemed horrendous at times. Documents constantly getting sent back and forth electronically dozen or so times just to get an answer the UA/UW should have already know or at least made an effort to act like they realized that they were on the same team as the clerical staff and we all had the same goals to accomplish.
