Great wages. The best co-workers I've ever had. Generally good management that knew the machines and processes enough to be helpful when needed, and knew to stay in the offices when they weren't. Challenging work environment where you can learn an incredible amount about the trade. As much overtime as you could possibly want, as long as you're willing to ask for it.
The profit-sharing/bonus plan used to be top-notch until the company went corporate and changed hands a few times.
Don't bother working here if you're lazy or inept, unless you're either a skilled brown-noser or related to someone else in the company. Or both.
