The job started out great family oriented bt after a year things went down hill. The management is very unprofessional & none caring of their employees

Circling the drain....
Former employee (Former Employee) –  MaconJanuary 4, 2015
Worked for this company from when it was something to be proud of. After being sold by the owner and purchased by a healthcare service nothing has changed other than the growing disconnect from the highest position to the common worker. Due to reimbursement changes the company struggles to stay afloat and is slowly sinking it seems. Lots of great people still work there but the company has had a large amount of turnover due to paltry wages in comparison to surrounding EMS services and hospitals. Change of leadership needs to begin at the top before its to late. Hard feelings? No...only sad of what this company has become from what it was at one time. People wanted to go to work there at one time, now their reputation proceeds them and the phones arent ringing anymore.
Pros
predictable schedule for the most part.
Cons
this company has the most amazing ability to promote those who have no idea what they are doing.

High Call Volume, great place to obtain experience. I personally enjoyed the relationships formed with co-workers, but management on a higher level was difficult to get along with. The freedom of not being inside of a building all day is definetely a plus!
