Very fast-paced environment which required efficient communication to ensure a successful day's work. I learned how to effectively organize time and structure work to be completed in a timely manner. The management was busy most of the time, sometimes not adequately addressing the needs of some of the employees. The culture was fun and a desire to see everybody succeed was prevalent among it.
The most difficult part of the job was actually learning the skills to be successful. Upper levels of management did not hold orientations and most of the work (that I experienced) seemed to be self-taught.
The most enjoyable part of the job was the responsibility. I've always enjoyed feeling like a crucial part of the company, and taking on a larger role of responsibility was rewarding.
