You get a raise yearly. Usually between 1%-3% off your current salary.
Raises aren't the greatest. It has taken many years with all near perfect scores to make what I make which still isn't that much. It's pretty much the same across the board.
Annually, but don't expect much. During my annual review I score 4/5, which is great and I expected a decent raise. However, my supervisor stated that my salary was already high for my pay range. I thought it was understandable until 3 other people said there were told the same thing.
