No work life balance-and they do not care. They blow through sales reps in rural markets because their business model is not set up to accomodate extensive travel. No office time is allowed and consequently, customer service suffers. We are expected to do our paperwork while sitting on thenside of the road. Laughable, but sad. Just be forewarned, they will tell you anything to get you on board. Reality is quite a different ball game.
