I would not recommend this company to anyone. Do not sign the non compete agreement. Midwest Employers Casualty uses the non compete as a handcuff no matter the terms of separation. They will create doubt around the terms of separation and threaten lawsuits which is very unsettling to future employers.
Close to the freeway exit and the parent company finally replaced the president of the company.
The qualified leaders left the company long ago, and the remaining execs are those that are in over their heads, Middle management is not so great either.
