A local non-profit organization is seeking a dedicated individual for a part-time Executive
Assistant in Elbow Lake, MN.
Duties include, but are not limited to: Manage membership renewal process to include all
communication and invoicing. Coordinate meetings to include identifying locations and speakers, creating announcements and press releases, managing registration, as well as post meeting follow up to include reconciling monies, issuing invoices and sending thank you notes.
Will also oversee production of the organization’s newsletters, to include layout and design, writing articles, coordinating input from others, and selling advertising space/collecting ad revenue.
Will maintain organization’s six websites, membership directory and databases. Design reports as needed.
Assist with all other projects as needed as well as provide general clerical duties for the organization.
The position will require approximately 20 hours per week with varying hours from week to week. No weekend hours are required.
