Bad Culture and poor management.
Customer Service (Current Employee) –  Denver, COMarch 31, 2014
I am usually the first person there in the morning. The staff is scheduled at 8:00am and most are late everyday. The managers and recruiters spend most their days smoking outside and gossiping in the Operation managers office. The hardest part of the job is being disrespected by management. The part of my job I enjoy the most is the receptionist experience.
Pros
Good pay
Cons

My position was a receptionist (Former Employee) –  denver, coDecember 16, 2013
My position was a receptionist; I took inbound calls for candidates interested in positions in the oil and gas industry. Candidates would call in regarding these positions, I would give a brief explanation of what the position entails, whether they were able to relocate or travel. I had conducted the initial interviews, if they had the qualifications I would then set up interviews with the recruiting team.
