Great company, great people
Inside Sales Representative (Former Employee) –  Beaverton, ORJune 5, 2017
Your managers are very transparent with you, so you know what to expect and what is expected of you. If you need help everyone is willing to lend a hand. The company is very upbeat and very invested in it's employees. They bring in a masseuse every so often and you can take a break and get a back rub. They have pot lucks and parties so you can get to know your co workers.
Pros
Great company, great people, great opportunities
Cons
I can't think of any

Great place, Interesting work
Summer Intern (Former Employee) –  minneapolis, mnMarch 4, 2015
A great place to work with plenty of room for advancement if you really put in the time and work hard. The organizational structure is pretty flat so there are few bosses and everyone feels like a team.

Administrative Assistant (Former Employee) –  Minnetonka, MNMarch 3, 2015
You are either in or you are out. It is based on who likes you, not your talents or abilities. They do what is best for them, not the employee.
I made the most of my days there by staying busy, working hard and taking care of whatever was needed. After a while, that was no longer good enough or wanted.
The management team had little management experience or genuine people skills. they let their personal feelings get in the way of good working relationships. this was not a healthy environment.
Many great people who could have made the company great were either forced out or quit because of unhealthy treatment.
Our president was a great guy but doesn't have what it takes to get rid of bad employees because of previous promises or ties to big accounts.
