Working at milestone is fine. It’s a mediocre job, customer service over the phone. Management has no clue what they’re doing, it’s either severely under or over staffed. But, the pay is decent. Just lots of nonsense.

Loved working here, They relocated now and with being a mom I would like to stay close to my house! Loved and miss the coworkers and managers! Very fast pace hands on place loved building new and old products all time! Hours were great pay could have been better But benefits made up for it!

The jobs available at this company range so far that its almost impossible to give them a review that wouldn't be focused only on one of them. I worked at a contact center, and the job was good. Though they told you some things in training that weren't true and that ended up with a lot of people being let go.

You do receive some very rude/ understanding/ uneithical customers at times. most are upset cause you cant assit them in there troubleshooting, to unsatisfied cause there device wasn't purchased threw the correct company/ or insurence coverage is up after an surten time.
