Job was extremely easy. Take this job if you are comfortable with $12 an hour and are going to school at night. The management is very lax and there are some good benefits after you have been there a year (75% off tuition).
No room for growth, don't think you will someday become one of the outdoor sales reps (even though they tell you there's a chance). Very sloppy management, lets his personal emotions get the best of him.
There is some opportunity to make decent commission but they are based of off 3-year buy cycles and then there's the problem of your outside rep actually closing the deal.
Not strict, tuition reimbursement, long lunches
bad management, no room for growth, very little comission
