Minacs Worldwide Inc. (Minacs) is primarily a provider of business process outsourcing (BPO) solutions. The Company provides customized BPO solutions focused on three core areas of capability: contact center solutions, integrated marketing services and back office administration. Operating in multiple languages, it serves customers throughout North – more... America, Europe, Latin America and the Pacific Rim from its operating locations in North America and Europe. Minacs also operated TIQ TOQ, a real-time vehicle appraisal tool during the year ended December 31, 2005. Its operating locations include Canada, the United States and Europe. Minacs has established industry practices with clients in the automotive, financial services, telecom and technology and the public sector. In January 2005, the Company was awarded a contract with the Chrysler Group to provide technical and parts assistance. These services are being provided from its Southfield, Michigan location.
