• Overall responsibilities:
o Develop and maintain strong customer relationships at all levels of the organization.
o Ensure effective scoping, planning and transition of deliverables from sales to delivery teams and customers.
o Drive KM within the account to ensure business continuity
o Ensure all deliverables meet schedule and quality goals. Ensure sign-offs on deliverables and timely billing.
o Manage resources, change requests, status report and sales interface
o Manage vendor resource planning and address resource performance issues
o Acting as the escalation point when issues arise with vendor's resources / services and managing any dispute or conflict
o Lead new customer or new engagement planning
o Responsible for creating contracts and addendums for the project
o Provide management with project growth path, revenue & resource forecasts, weekly reports & monthly billing.
o Drive regular Steering Committee Meeting (SCM) on the account
o Provide Customer with weekly reports on status of projects
