A day at work was very long, and tireding. There was nothing there that I didn't already knowen how to do. My co-workers was cool and awesome, some of them was alittle sulky, jealous, and mean. The hardest part of the job was that i always get introuble for someone elses mistake, just because I was the youngest and also getting up around 6:00 am to – more...  be to work for 8:00 am. The most enjoyable part was that I could of leave when I was done for the day, had computer work and some of the co-workers treat me like I was working there for years. – less

WONDERFUL MANAGEMENT AND A GREAT STAFF.THERE WAS NO HARD PART OF MY JOB AND VERY CO-OPERATIVE.

I have enjoyed my time working here. I got a chance to do something I have always wanted. I wanted to be a teacher assistant in Spain. I enjoy working with kids daily.

Very dynamic organization, offering a spectrum of opportunities to learn and advance.

A typical day will involve visiting different schools for observation, evaluation and/or training of the teachers.During that period, I have learnt to work under pressure, adjust the curricula to the appropriate grades ,discover new teaching methods and techniques .I have also learnt how to work independently and make decisions . The learning and teaching processes are well systamatized. The organisation follows international syllabus from Cambridge university. The staff includes supporting and informative teahers. From a team working angle the working place has been a nice experince for me. The employer provides us with required technical support in accomplishing works.

The experience that I gained from working with the Ministry of Education was phenomenal but scope for upward mobility was limited. Teaching resources were grossly inadequate and for this reason I had to improvise in order to ahieve my goals.

A governmental institution (fund) responsible for the enhancement of the education process all over the Arab Republic of Egypt. It has its own investments. Whereas the investment department was meant to invest and enrich the available funds to be able to finance the future requirements and needs for the mentioned purpose.
