Working for Minneapolis Medical Research Foundation has been an experience of a lifetime. Building relationships with staff and clients was very rewarding challenging. Staff there are wonder and are willing to help and answer your questions.. A typical day at work starts at 8:00am until 4:30pm working with clients, scheduling appointments, meeting with patients and working with insurance eligibility. Checking those who have missed appointments and rescheduling, and making referrals. Work place culture is great and very diverse group of great people. The hardest part of the job is having to tell clients they are or aren't eligible for certain programs and collecting information need to determine eligibility requirements.
The most enjoyable part of this job are the clients themselves, listening to their stories, being able to help them and putting a smile on their faces and getting there feed back about how I've helped them become better than where they were at yesterday.
