The position we are seeking is a Product Marketing Manager in our Strategic Marketing Service.We’re looking for an exceptional Product Marketing Manager for Core Infrastructure & Production solutions. The position requires an in-depth understanding of the broadcast industry, and the ability to work closely with our product management, marketing and sales teams. The role involves articulating market problems and buying processes, and preparing effective positioning and messaging for our solutions. The manager will also be responsible for developing Go-to-Market strategies and sales processes, including the preparation of sales tools aligned to key sales stages, as well as providing marketing communications and events support.

Defining markets & buyers
-Be the expert on the target markets for our solutions, and clearly articulate the key problems faced by potential buyers
-Precisely define the users and buyers for our solutions, and the typical buying processes
-Positioning products / solutions & developing messaging

Explain how our products / solutions should be best positioned to address buyers’ concerns, with strong market differentiation based on competitive analysis
-Create foundational messaging to guide the product, marketing and sales teams

Defining sales processes and developing Go-to-Market strategies
*Understand the different sales processes for our solutions, and prepare Go-to-Market strategies to guide our sales and marketing teams

Developing sales tools aligned with sales process
-Prepare sales tools to support the key sales stages, including discovery guides, sales presentations, conversation guides, success stories, demonstration guides, and workflow demos

Marketing communications and events support
-Partner with the marketing communications team to guide and support the preparation of marketing collateral with clearly differentiated messaging (web site / datasheets / demand generation campaigns / event messaging etc)

Metrics and reporting
-Provide monthly reporting of accomplishments and 30/60 day objectives
-Monitor success of sales enablement programs, using sales portal metrics and market surveys

*Five years or more experience in product marketing within the broadcast/professional video sector, with a track record of achievement
*Ability to understand complex market problems and articulate our value propositions in a concise and engaging manner (verbally and in writing), and develop highly effective Go-to-Market strategies
*Familiarity with sales enablement programs designed for improving sales productivity and closing rates
*Strong inter-personal and leadership skills for communication with customers and cross-functional teams
*Must be highly organized and dependable, with the ability and confidence to manage multiple projects simultaneously and generate content independently
*Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment
*Pragmatic Marketing Certification advantageous
*Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
*Bachelor degree, ideally in Marketing/Communications or a technical discipline
*Willingness to travel, typically once or twice a month
