I interviewed with this company and after being stood up by the director of sales multiple times, he finally graced me with his presence. This was after several phone interviews with him and another unqualified sales manager. He assured me that he would make an offer if he liked what he saw. This was not the case, of course. Instead he presented me with additional hoops to jump through and requested a business plan listing contacts.
I kept track of the company to see who they hired, and later saw they hired an Avaya professional who was given 90 days and sacked.
