Mission Fed combines sick and vacation time into PTO or Paid Time Off. In your first year you earn 18 days of PTO and an additional 12 paid holidays! The PTO amounts go up the longer you are with them.

Great Question! Mission Fed runs credit checks on a small number of positions. Those positions all have real estate related job duties and require registration with the NMLS. Positions such as Teller, Telephone Consultant and Universal Services Representative do not require credit checks; however, we do criminal background checks on all new employees after an offer of employment has been made.
