Cons: staff shortages, decreased pay and hours.
This is a small stand alone hospital. This hospital does do good work. But the hospital and doctors approach to health care is very relaxed way of doing things. The hospital has several parties a year for the staff. Rather then use this extra money for staffing and equipment. If it can be done toworrow then do it tomorrow. If you are use to treating – more... patients agressively against what ails them, this is not the hospital for you. Most patients speak spanish only, a good opportunity to learn spanish. The patients are very helpful with non spanish speaking staff. – less
