You work more than you get paid for
Graduate Research Assistant (Current Employee) –  Starkville, MSNovember 28, 2017
Required to be there 8-5pm. Get paid for 100 hours a month. This may just have been my department, however, they threatened to take our pay when we were informed we had to work the holiday and no one wanted to. This was never in our contract and I hadn't experienced this before in another department.
Pros
They pay your tuition
Cons
They talk about you, if you have a problem.
