This company is a complete joke. The work is not bad at all, the management however is a complete sham. This company literally cares nothing about its employees. Your bathroom breaks, lunches, etc are schedule using a computer, regardless of emergencies, health reasons, etc, they will not be changed, regardless of how far in advance you request. You are limited to when you can request time off, and looked down upon if you have an emergency and have to call in. You are required to work overtime on weekends, whenever they decide. If it gets busy, you're required to take a mandatory 30 min lunch, that you're not notified of until 10 minutes before your scheduled lunch. Management shows no respect to the call center employees, I just don't understand why they don't program a computer to do the things they hire people to do, seeing s they expect people to act like robots and follow their command within a blink of an eye. Please, if you care about your own sanity, stay away from this company. the money is not worth the stress or harassment from management. Oh, how could i forget about the $0.30 raise after 1 year of employment, lol.
