Assistant Service Advisor/Warranty Clerk (Former Employee) – San Angelo, TX – December 27, 2014
Its a job with many hours. Worked with some great people, but sometimes those people don't know when to stop playing around. Lots of jokes about gay people, and lots of people that will talk bad behind your back. Tech's would always complain about EVERYTHING including working on cars/trucks. I know I would not take my car/truck to get worked on there. Overall I didn't like waking up each morning knowing I had to go to work to deal with a lot of dumb people.
Parts Specialist (Current Employee) – San Angelo, TX – September 7, 2013
Management is friendly for the most part; they have their moments just like most people. The departments tend to be at each others throats and don't coexist very well. There is some definite finger pointing that goes on when someone doesn't do their job, instead of stepping up and taking the responsibility for whatever had happened. There is definitely a customer first mentality, which is very good for a dealership. If you do your job and do it well, like anywhere will have no problems.
customer first mentality
no retirement plan, departments could coexist better instead of being at each others throats most of the time
New And Used Auto Sales (Former Employee) – San Angelo, TX – February 16, 2013
Check out that the ad for sales positions never comes out of the newspaper. Wonder why? Turnover weekly. They do NOT provide the support and salary that they even advertise in their ad. Mgrs demean you in front of staff and customers. Ended up being a minimum wage job with lots of hours and time on your feet. Not allowed to sit for long unless on the telephone with customers. Micromanaged to the hilt. If you enjoy this type of situation, go for it. It is the MOST dishonest job that I have ever had and would not recommend it to anybody.
