Miura Manufactuing America is actively seeking a Human Resource / General Affairs Assistant for our HQ office in Rockmart, Georgia.

Responsibilities:

  • Assistant to HR Manager and President of company
  • Will prepare official minutes of company minutes and post on required servers
  • Will process payroll bi-weekly
  • Responsible for submitting 401K contributions online bi-weekly
  • Submit required monthly payroll reports to various state agencies
  • Responsible for tracking attendance and timeclock punches and reporting to HR Manager
  • Will pick up mail and distribute daily
  • Responsible for answering phone
  • Will send out monthly birthday cards to employees
  • General office duties to include watering plants, ordering office supplies, and delivering mail to post office

Qualifications:

High School Diploma is required
At least 2 years HR or Payroll experience
Excellent computer skills in MS Office
Excellent communication skills

***Bi-lingual in Japanese is preferred

Working hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
Salary range: $13-15/hour, depending upon experience.
