Lead Promotional Model (Former Employee) – Miami-Dade County, FL – January 2, 2018
I loved working with the branch in North Carolina, but the branch in Miami was very high school like. The management only gave her friends the shifts and the other girls never had a real chance for getting more shifts unless one of her friends stopped working there. The management was unorganized in Miami. North Carolina was again very organized and miami just gave the wrong jobs to the wrong people.
easy work and fun
management changes in locations and the way things are run.
Working in the field can be demanding and the home work balance was always a strughle
Field agent (Former Employee) – Anaheim, CA – November 20, 2017
Having to drive every day there was a schedule shift was the worst part of job. The amount spent during in car to office and from home to scheduled account was a real drag in southern. Ca traffic. Especially considering mktg did not pay for drive time
Relaxed team, different accounts in new citys always changing
No breaks, daily unpaid trip to office, upper managent out of touch with the markets and all the team does
Event Market Manager (Current Employee) – San Francisco, CA – October 30, 2017
MKTG has had some reason changes in the organizational structure which has created a non transparent environment, and lack of seeking to understand first. Upper management (VP and Directors) are aggressive in tone, only recognizing all the things that are wrong, never any communication on what we are doing right. It has become an uncomfortable environment, and there is no motivation to do the job when you're being told all that is wrong.
Brand Ambassador (Current Employee) – Scottsdale, AZ – October 9, 2017
It was a nice place to work I had a wonderful experience and learned how to advance in marketing. I really enjoyed being able to go out on my own and be able to depend on myself to get the job done effectively.
Alcohol Sales Representative (Former Employee) – Richmond, VA – June 19, 2017
Great part time job which is very flexible so time management was the best with this part time position than with any others. I enjoyed being a part of a socially driven position and would work here again.
Promotional Model/Brand Ambassador (Former Employee) – Scottsdale, AZ – May 17, 2017
Working as a Promo Model/ Brand Embassador for MKTG almost didn't even feel like work. The environments and energy were unbeatable and made time fly by. The employees are all very friendly and willing to help with anything you need.
Brand Ambassador (Current Employee) – Denver, CO – December 5, 2016
This is a great position to hold if you are a night time person and enjoy talking to people. Management is generally there for you to help out, and you're always going to new places. The hardest part of the job are the hours.
