We are currently looking for someone to assist with and work closely with our Invoicing Manager. This position involves high attention to detail in a fast paced environment. The invoicing coordinator will be responsible for Cost of Goods Analysis, Pricing, and daily Invoicing. This position also involves some clerical duties such as entering data, basic scanning and proficiency in emailing.
2 Years experience with Invoicing for professional company.
Advanced skills required in MS Excel, Word and use of Proprietary Software.
Good interpersonal and leadership skills to gather information from and work with multiple levels of the organization.
