Could be more enjoyable if Managment was different
Representative (Current Employee) –  Los Angeles, CAJanuary 12, 2017
The Co-Workers are what make going to work fun and enjoyable. Other than that, Management needs more training on how to be humane. They don't make their employees feel appreciated. They make everyone feel as if they are replaceable.
Pros
Co-workers are what make you smile
Cons
Managment

Allowed one the empowerment to perform the job to best of your abilities, commitment and drive.
Sales of Wheel Chair Accessible Vehicles (Former Employee) –  Villa Park, ILOctober 18, 2016
Worked with persons with disabilities to find mobility solutions that fit their physical, personal and financial leads.
Learned much from y client's about being thankful for what I have and putting others before me.
Management allowed us to work to the best of our abilities, skills, discipline and work ethic and expected us to take ownership of our business and our client's needs.
Worked with other like minded, experienced and committed co-workers to our core mission.
Hardest part was not be able to provide a solution that work for a client's physical or financial needs.
Seeing the client's face light up when they realized the freedom and autonomy the correct solution would provide.

Automotive Technician (Current Employee) –  Santa Clara, CAJune 19, 2016
The premise of the company is what drew me in: giving the disabled mobility. When you're restricted to a wheelchair, you need a special vehicle whenever you want to leave the house.

Whether you're a disabled vet or suffering from a medical condition, there are ways for you to get around. Mobility Works can help you to find the solution that's best for you.
Pros
giving the disabled their freedom to explore the world around them
Cons
rapid growth seems to be leading to a loss of Mom & Pop values

I loved working for Mobility Works, their employees are the best group of people. They show an excellence in character when it comes to their position in the company, their co-workers and their customers.

Good Company / Growing Corporation
Regional Manager (Former Employee) –  CaliforniaOctober 20, 2015
Has no written Process or Proceedures defining (SP's) Standard Practices for overall business operations making it very difficult to manage within the structure. Fly by the seat of your pants environment. Top level Management gives no direction what so ever.

When asked?
(answer) " Keep doing what you're doing," is not direction.

People are great. Overall organization has not yet come up to growing Corp standards of doing business. Too many law suits!
Pros
alot of very good people
Cons
Highest Management lacks ability to direct downward.

Great fast paced environment, Lots of issues to resolve on a daily basis
Office Manager (Current Employee) –  Atlanta, GAOctober 12, 2012
Very fast paced environment. Requires constant decision making and multi-tasking capabilities. Includes being available 24/7 to complete transactions and process deals. The hardest part of the job is the amount of hours required to work. The most enjoyable part of the job is dealing with the customers and the challenge of adapting to new priorities every day.
Pros
no micro-managing, ability to use the talents and skills that are specific to you to complete any task at hand.
Cons
hours required.

Mobility Works Documentary
Director, Producer, Editor, Videographer ,Writer (Former Employee) –  Sturgis, North DakotaFebruary 26, 2014
I was basically a one man team from pre-production to post production in getting a feature length documentary off the ground for this Fortune 500 company's big event. I was flown across the country, put up in hotels, fed well and treated well. Overall the trip was a blast and the CEO of the company told me personally he was very thrilled with how the documentary turned out.
