The leadership team in Membership Accounting have their favorites, and it's near impossible to get promoted. Leads and supervisors are also not well educated, and often give mixed information to employees.
Employees are definitely not paid enough for all the work they put forth, and workload is not balanced across teams.
The most challenging part of the position is getting mixed answers from the leadership team, and having to provide that information to members (whether correct or incorrect).
The best part of the job is 37.5 hours a week, flex time, early Fridays, and PTO.
