The expectations they have for you to do your job correctly is unrealistic. They give you poor training to start with and when you ask for more training or coaching, they deny it. The company is not sustainable. Co-workers who aren't at the management level are amazing and they make the job worthwhile, although you are not allowed to discuss any bad experiences in the break areas. You aren't paid enough for how poorly you are treated by customers and management. They don't treat you as a person, just a number on a sheet.
