Co-workers were good people and made time with them very enjoyable. Main issues stem from the internal culture and management practices. Large degree of cronyism or "boys club" mentality, multiple high-ranking employees with sexual harassment lawsuits against them, very difficult to advance within the company with majority of employees spending 5-10years at the same position with no expectation for pay increases. General atmosphere from other employees was one of seeking the next paycheck not an enjoyment or positivity regarding the work environment.
