I give a 2 stars because I think that they need to improve their management and raises. I don't have much and I would like not to comments further about this company.

Self motivating and cold calling

A typical day is planned a week in advance being that I have to contact potential prospects via email, phone or cold calling. On a day to day basis I make contact to create knowledge of our companies service to lock in a deal. This for the most part is my day to day. I attend local network events and rub elbows with most decision makers.

Ship is sinking quickly

Managers are completely out of control. Expect to be thrown under the bus & dismissed almost right away or stabbed in the back by upper management at an alarming rate.. Employees are subjected to unreasonable expectations for work performance. You'll be in for a real downer, as they will steal your work, your pride, gossip extensively of everything you say, or do...even if what you say or do is correct. They will pile on work, and intimidate you into working early, late, during lunch, while they are leaving early, coming in late and going out at lunchtime. If you think being unemployed is bad, your life will get much worst working here. There is, honestly, no real potential to move up the professional ladder at this company. Other employees can often be negatively affected by the culture by becoming part of it through gossip. If you choose to work here, you will be thrown under the bus more times than humanly possible. Advice: immediately begin to look for new work once starting here.

WORST company ever, total joke, stay away.

Company that demands nothing but your entire devoted life. If you have any side of a life that you think you might want to enjoy, forget it here. Your "required" to work 24/7 and be available and work all the time. Your expected to work and provide all kinds of solutions with little availability and notice. Moreover, you are required to make ends meet with nothing. IE: make something out of nothing. They employ people who would not work elsewhere, such as people with records both civil and criminal, and other people who are NOT the right people for the position and managers/executive each has their own clique group. They back stab you, offer you all kinds of incentives while at the same time trying to suck the life out of you. Moral is so down and deeply wounded that its beyond hope of recovery. The owner is nothing short of a person who is only interested in himself and what he makes. Nothing is real and the choices made by the group is to only benefit themselves, yet not allow you to advance, take a break or even have a life. Your expected to devote your life to the company with NO reward. Salary is extremely below expectation. They give raises to the wrong people and reward the useless of the group. Dont expect anything from this place.

Pleasant working conditions and good people.

Daily or ongoing projects for customers either scanning or photo copy.
Different scanning platforms and how to get the most out of people.
Management was a work in progress in a tough situation.
Good people to work with.
Motivating people.
Customer satisfaction.
