Great workplace, poor management

Great place to gather experience for your resume. I would typically answer phones calls, provide customer services to clients who walked in the door. I would serve drinks to clients who requested them. I would make sure all the office supplies were stocked including gift bags, coffee supply and tissue paper. Co-workers are nice but will not take responsibility when at fault. The hardest part of this job was working for a company who was family owned. Alfredo Molina hires family members and favors them when it comes to compensation and work advancement. The most enjoyable part of the job was the environment. The building never failed to make people feel beautiful and special.
