Mollen is seeking full time Sales Consultants selling multi-platform immunization and wellness solutions. We are looking for candidates who are self-motivated, success-oriented and focused while working in a revenue-driven, high volume sales environment. Sales consultants must be friendly, enthusiastic, and energetic and dedicated to providing exceptional customer service. This position serves as the primary contact with our existing clients. In addition, cold calling is an integral part of building the sales consultant’s client base.

A consultative selling approach is necessary when working with key decision-makers to effectively present Mollen immunization and wellness solutions. The Corporate Sales Consultant will develop and implement an effective immunization and/or wellness program designed to complement the client’s wellness offerings. The Corporate Sales Consultant will work with a team of customer satisfaction achievers and revenue generators with long-term client relationship goals. As a Mollen sales representative, you are responsible for day-to-day interactions to ensure successful clinics, build growth partnerships, and support the client’s clinic needs.

Job Duties:

  • Meet or exceed sales quotas as determined by company goals
  • Generate new leads on a daily basis – reaching out to a wide variety of decision-makers (Small business to Fortune 500)
  • Build a strong opportunity sales pipeline to achieve and exceed sales quotas
  • Develop new revenue pathways by increasing “spend to existing clients” & cold call leads
  • Present solid sales presentations with health and wellness solutions
  • Effectively present the value of Mollen immunization and wellness services
  • Develop and maintain long-standing client relationships
  • Analyze proper client needs to ensure clinic success (consent forms, flyers, letters, posters, # of employees, vaccine allocated, hours of clinic operation, etc.)
  • Monitor and track clients in Salesforce
  • Promptly respond to client questions/concerns
  • Maintain timely communication with Client Relations management and team members
  • Build long-term customer relationships with a goal of 100% retention, while increasing program revenue
  • Utilize strong client relations skills to ensure 100% client retention
  • Assist with other duties as needed and directed in Mollen departments

  • Minimum 2-3-year, proven business-to-business sales experience
  • High level cold calling/prospecting ability
  • Proven presentation and closing skills
  • Self-starter who can meet deadlines and enjoys working in a competitive inside sales environment
  • Effective time management skills
  • Confident in dealing with business clients – must meet & exceed client’s expectations
  • Must be outgoing and enjoy working with people
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills
  • Display willingness and ability to be politely persistent with clients – Ability to influence
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, phone etiquette and organizational skills are essential
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to set priorities and work independently on multiple tasks
  • CRM experience required
  • Personal computer skills required – Windows, Explorer, Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Accurate documentation for all facets of the sale – utilizing CRM software such as Salesforce
  • Must follow appropriate dress code as set by Mollen
  • Flexibility to work occasional evening or weekend hours
  • Willingness to cross-train in various Client Relations positions
  • Background screening and references are required


  • Most work is performed in a temperature-controlled office environment
  • Incumbent may sit for long periods of time at desk or computer terminal
  • Incumbent may use calculators, keyboards, telephone, and other office equipment in the course of normal workday
  • Stooping, bending, twisting, and reaching may be required in completion of job duties
