Omg where to start...it’s commission or base....even if you sell and add up your commission your check is almost always short...because of ”pending orders” which is nooooo where near fair!!!! The pressure to sell all they care about is money if your selling you can do what u wanna do as far a pose guides etc. the more you sell the more valuable you are to this company! This is a fun job but it’s definitely unprofessional and not at all reliable
