I left Mom365 for several reasons. The first reason is because I was constantly discriminated against. The second reason I left is because of the environment. I felt like I was back in High school all over again. The supervisors stand around laughing and making fun of employees working on the floor. The third reason was because the lack of opportunities and a chance to move up.
Very poor management. The company is based out of MO. So if you need help covering a shift- the chances aren't so great especially if you are the only person working at the time covering shifts for everyone else!
Poor management. The company was based out of MO. The communication from management was scarce.
