You will be expected to have no life and be happy with slim benefits
Jacksonville, FL (Current Employee) – Wellness Coordinator – October 28, 2011
The manager takes forever to get anything done. It took 3 months for me to actually have health insurance even though I was told I would have it starting day 1. It took over more than 2 months to setup my IRA. My paystub was never correct.
The job you are expected to do is 50 hours per week with no lunch break and then frequent weekend duties including events and almost constant "friday softball".
Raises and bonuses are held out but almost never happen. 2% cost of living per year and no bonus, unless you consider t-shirts and croc sandles as good incentives.
long hours, no lunch break, underpaid, and underappreciated.
