Position Summary: This Office Operation Assistant will report directly to the office manager. This person will work on daily assignments to input and update all information on our eCommerce website as well as answer customer’s inquiries. Excellent communication skills and a possitive attitude with customers is required.
1) Compose description, how to use, ingredients and pictures for new products. Both English and Chinese information shall be composed.
2) Update the quantity of products online once deliveries from our vendors arrive.
3) Answer customers’ inquries through phone, email and online chat.
4) Take care of walk-in customers.
5) Assist warehouse operation if needed.
6) Other duties, as assigned
7) fluent level of English and Chinese
8) knowledge of Japanese is a plus
