A typical day at work is fast paced and interesting. I learned a lot about bartending and mixology and food, as well as fine dining. The management could be really great, depending on the manager that day. Some of the managers did not treat employees fairly. The hardest part of the job was dealing with workplace drama and politics, not being able to trust managers and coworkers. The most enjoyable part of the job was actually being able to do the job when the managers didn't get in the way.
