A tech company that doesn't understand the banking industry

This is a great tech development and marketing company. However, they don't have an understanding of the banking industry. Unrealistic expectations, and the president has more experience selling yogurt than selling to banks.
if you think nerf gun fights, and mini bikes, belong in a professional work environment then this would be a pro.
