Typical day at work was creating new accounts for clients and helping them on phone with any issues or questions they may have. I did learn about the company but I didn't go through a training program as there was not one in place. Higher management was alright as they blurred the line between management and buddies. I don't really play by that principle. I really liked working with the people I worked with and would still like to work with them. Hardest part of the job was not knowing everything I needed to know and it inhibited my ability to help. I loved getting the opportunity to help, even when it didn't go my way.
