Due to increased demand and our explosive growth, Mongoose Metrics has multiple openings for a talented Junior Account Managers to join our team.
The Junior Account Manager is responsible for actively managing and growing revenue through current accounts. This position is responsible for building, managing, and executing call tracking solutions and integrated online programs.
- Understands the Mongoose Metrics sales philosophy
- Assists w/the on-boarding of new clients
- Serves as primary contact for a pre-defined book of business, accounts will assigned dependent upon skill level, product knowledge, and experience
- Regularly checks for and responds promptly to all client communication
- Understands escalation process and acts accordingly based on the situation
- Trains new and existing clients to configure and use our interface
- Works closely with all Mongoose Metrics departments, including sales, support and development teams
- Pursues potential sales opportunities within existing client list
- Assists the Senior Account Manager with necessary duties
- Understands the technical requirement within the Statement of Work (SOW) and ensure all requirements are delivered in a timely fashion
- Independently motivated, desire to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction
- Exceptional communication skills – written and verbal
- Pro-active problem solver
- Technical and/or sales ability
- Background in telecommunication, telephony preferred
- General understanding of Google Analytics/Adwords preferred
- General understanding of online and offline marketing channels, PPC & SEO
- Knowledge and ability to use Salesforce CRM
