Automotive Technician (Former Employee) – Pittsburgh, PA – May 31, 2013
typical day at work involves getting yelled at by sexually insecure midgets dating fat chicks. What I have learned is that you should never work there and I feel sorry for those who have no where else to work other than monro. Managment is composed of many variety of trash and riff raff off the street and can involve all sorts of people you don't want to work for, just simply use your imagination. I have met some good people on the job and sympathize with them. Hardest part of the job is survival in itself, you never know whats going to happen and its unerving. The most enjoyable part is going home and drinking yourself to death.

Store Manager / Assistant Marketing Manager (Former Employee) – Wayne, PA – August 7, 2017
A typical day was always about scheduling service work in a specific order and always looking to increase customer base through oil change service advertisements. In assisting the Market manager and having involvement as part of the National Training crew I learned a lot on the managing of multiple store locations. workplace culture was a lot of team attitude that I had promoted. The hardest part was constantly trying to put contribution money's to the bottom line when the economy would change drastically. The most enjoyable was customers that were happy with the service we provided
