Managers for Monro in the Syracuse market will be expected to work 12 to 14 hours days, 6 days a week, depending on store location, sales, and staff. Expect to be lied to about pay and bonus, Managers are micromanaged by phone with little upper management support and timely response. If you are an honest tech/service writer, be prepared to be frustrated, as service/sales are encouraged and expected to be padded/excessive. Customer service is gauged by size of repair bill. One good thing about Monro is all work is under warranty, so choose your techs wisely. This is a good opportunity to network and make new contacts as managers are in stores for more than half the day.
