upper management is not looking to help you succeed. They will not help you transfer to another location; they actually make it nearly impossible to do so. Very low foot traffic in the boutique; plan sales in advance or pray that those customers coming into the store are looking to spend a good amount of money. there are multiple price increases throughout the year, which makes clients very unhappy. the commission sucks for the amount of work you put into making/ planning your sales. there is a lot of down time and not much to do during that time.
the product and history of the brand are the only things that were enjoyable about this company.
