When I first got to Mopro, they had created the most exemplary business environment I've ever worked in. Everyone worked hard and played hard and were willing to help anyone who needed it, and truly had each other's backs. I had a wonderful, kind, patient manager and learned an enormous amount every day. It was truly the best job I've ever had, and I was excited to go to work every day. Unfortunately, without honestly telling their hard-working, loyal employees, upper management decided to restructure the company, outsourcing Irvine, California jobs to the Philippines. They began laying off whole departments, blaming the employees by fabricating false numbers and saying that they were not hitting their daily quotas in an attempt to keep from paying unemployment that created an oppressive atmosphere of fear, suspicion, and distrust. It is such a shame that the owners of Mopro lost touch with their human side and sacrificed so many truly fine people and such a wonderful corporate culture in favor of "filthy lucre".
