You got to learn alot I did practically evreything, from helping the pralegals, the kichen, fileroom,Setting up conference Rooms for presentations or partners meetings, serving legal Documents, Filing to the courts, puting offices together After moves Etc. The management was very good there. My co-worker were a bunch of great guys when you needed help they were there for you. the hardest part of the job was the moves, all the real heavy things like desk, file cabinets. some of the people.

Evening Word Processor (Former Employee) –  Philadelphia, PAAugust 14, 2012
Utilized various software packages for document formatting; log-in and assign incoming projects; edit and debug documents, create tables and charts; black-line documents using Deltaview; e-mail completed documents via Lotus Notes; scanning documents using Textbridge, OmniPro, and/or Adobe; strip, clean, and format scanned documents to be reproduced; proofreading; document conversion; meeting all deadlines; and CD burning. I enjoyed working various software packages and troubleshooting problems within a documents and learning new technology.
Pros
challenging, but not stressful.

paralegal (Former Employee) –  Boston, MAOctober 23, 2012
MLB cultivates a revolving door culture for staff members. From completing your time sheet on an excell spreadsheet to an office manager checking to make sure that you are at your desk at 9AM and have not left your desk before 6PM without a note (I am not kidding about the note)
Cons
many from working hours to office culture

standard law firm and was great to work there. Only downside was managerial changes that placed a rift in a once great work environment.
